Central Drum Flexo Printing Machine
The Central Drum Flexo Printing Machine is designed with a central large roller to ensure accurate color registration by providing substrate support without the necessity of a pressure roller between colors. Its easily accessible interchangeable mechanical components are durable, require minimal maintenance, and are user-friendly. For precise and safe temperature control during the drying process, the machine is equipped with a dedicated electric heating box.
Utilizing the ink knife method, this machine incorporates a development type scraper that can be effortlessly installed without the need for tools. Its transmission system features a hardened high-precision geared motor with multiple operational buttons for ease of use. Moreover, the receiving transmission employs a miniature geared motor driving a magnetic powder clutch to maintain tension stability through PLC control. The plate roll specification indicates a repeat length of 5MM.
