Four Side Plastic Bag Making Machine
The Four Side Plastic Bag Making Machine is capable of manufacturing Middle Sealing bags, Four side bags, and Edge Sealing Bags. It operates under the control of a centralized PLC system with a user-friendly interface, ensuring stable performance, easy operation, and maintenance. The machine features an auto-tension control for unwinding, an EPC edge position controller, AC inverter for constant speed material feeding, and an imported double servo-motor material dragging control system. Additionally, it includes a main motor for up-down sealing and pressing, PID for sealing bar temperature adjustment, a pneumatic multi-function auto punching device, trim cutting, auto rewinding, and a static eliminator. The temperature adjustment range is 0~300°C, with various counter settings available, and the operation can be controlled by length fixation or photocell tracking.
