The Three side Sealing Zipper Standing Bag Making Machine (with Three servo motor) is designed to manufacture three-side sealing laminated film pouches with zipper sealing and self-standing bottom feature. It supports materials like BOPP, PET, CPP, PE, nylon, aluminum foil, and paper. This machine is user-friendly, produces smooth and attractive pouches, offers high-strength thermal edge sealing, and operates at a high speed, making it an excellent choice for packaging applications.

The Three side Sealing Zipper Standing Bag Making Machine is operated by a central PLC control system with a user-friendly interface, ensuring stable performance and facilitating operation and maintenance. The interface language can be switched between Chinese and English effortlessly. It features constant auto-tension control for unwinding, EPC edge position controller, and AC inverter constant speed material feeding. The machine also includes an imported double servo-motor material dragging control system and an inverter-equipped main motor for up-down sealing and pressing. Temperature adjustment for the sealing bar is done via PID with centralized settings on the user interface. Additionally, it is equipped with a Pneumatic multi-function auto punching device, trim cutting, auto rewinding, and a static eliminator. The temperature adjustment range is 0 to 300 degrees Celsius. The machine offers various counting options such as quantity, batch accumulation, and preset settings. It can be operated by length fixation control and/or photocell tracking control. The punching device allows for presetting working rhythms as continuous, interval, or stop, with adjustable punching times.
