Rotogravure Printing Machine
The Rotogravure Printing Machine is equipped with seven motors that are managed through frequency vector conversion technology for various functions such as the main motor, unwinding, rewinding, and tension control. It guarantees precise lengthways and transverse alignment by employing a fully automated registering device featuring a pre-register function. This machine is furnished with a video frequency system, enabling non-shaft pneumatic conic node printing to facilitate simple printing plate changes. A sealed hot wind circulation oven is part of the machine, offering automatic temperature control through the use of a diesel oil air-stove or electric heating. Furthermore, it incorporates a pneumatic draw knife, a swing frequency-adjustable single motor, and a holistic moving oil frame with pneumatic pump circulation. The machine also utilizes a high-precision gear transmission box with patented technique to ensure accurate operations.
BOPP film
The Rotogravure Printing Machine is compatible with various materials like cellophane, BOPP, PET, PVC, PE, aluminum foil, cigarette packets, China cypress paper, liquid cartons, and drum paper (30-300 g/m2). It exhibits excellent printing capabilities on a range of drum materials for multi-color printing.
